Refund Policy

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return (14 days for EU customers under the cooling-off period). Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact support@voerjia.co.uk before sending anything back - items returned without prior contact may not be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
